Good day. Am concern about my packgage, when i track it , it says it has expired what could be the problem? The tracking number is CP310565328CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP310565328CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 24 and sent to airline company on Aug 18.

After sent to airline, normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

If parcel arrives South Africa Post warehouse, you will see new status in South Africa Post website.
