Good day, I bought this item on 2nd September - tracking shows this item has only been 'delivered to the airline' on 9th October, i.e. the item has not even left China, over 5 weeks later! Please trace and revert with reasons for this delay!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG957584119CN shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 10.

Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

Everything looks normal, you just need wait some more days.
