I have ordered last August 31, 2018 at rebelkate.com I wonder why until now I have not received any update of where my order is now? or if has already been shipped? tracking #: RR123456789CN and it says "shipping notice received by seller" what does it mean?

"shipping notice received from seller" means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You are scammed.

You should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud shipment.
