LY520297025CN Been stuck for like 20 days now and nothing from the company, please help!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY520297025CN shows the parcel is waiting for flight space from Hong Kong to JFK since Aug 4. Hong Kong airport now has some delay caused by typhoon. you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks.
