http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LN285562588CN shows the parcel was shipped on May 30. It should have some problem. Normally parcel should arrive USA in 7 to 20 days. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by July 5, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

LN285562588CN shows "posted" on 5/30. As of 7/12 I still have not received the pkg. I contacted the company and they are not cooperative. How do I open a dispute for lost parcel refund????

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you can contact customer service to open dispute.
