Hi, there's no update on the package RA521143895CN for a long time and doesn't appear to have left China. Can you please check as this was sent as airmail?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Oct 11. you can not see new status until Slovakia customs complete the parcel clearance and release it to Slovakia post. this might take 2 to 6 weeks, please be patient.

thanks for the reply. May I ask why there is less information than the other airmail package RA521143887CN, as that clearly shows that the package has left Guangzhou?

After parcel left china, none scan the parcel anymore. So you can not see new status when parcel is outside china. this is normal.
