China post is very slow. I ordered an item September 18 and expected delivery was November 9, but did not get item before December 5. It's too bad. And this is one of the reasons I order something from China, Japan, India etc very rare procedural controls away completely from these countries. I simply have bad experience with China post. I will simply embarrassed!

My tracking number is RF404968590CN and the last update was this...

【Shanghai】 departure
2016-11-21 18:05:00
Leave 【Shanghai Pudong】 for delivery
2016-11-10 00:12:56

It is for Ireland, I don't understand what it was doing during the 11 days in Shanghai, when should I expect the package to be delivered? I ordered almost 2 months ago and this is all the information I have been given. Any help?

1. This is the full tracking of your parcel:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RF404968590CN tracking result
2016-10-31 14:31:12.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-11-05 21:02:53.0 南昌city parcel 局 received
2016-11-05 22:25:00.0 南昌city parcel 局 customs scan
2016-11-05 22:26:00.0 leaving 南昌city parcel 局
2016-11-06 07:54:45.0 南昌Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-06 08:45:14.0 南昌Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-11-07 21:35:06.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-08 08:47:37.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-08 20:11:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-11-10 00:12:56.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-11-21 18:05:00.0 Shanghai departure

2. Your parcel possibly tried to depart on the 10 Nov but did not find a place for the mail bag on the Aircraft. So they had to re book the mail bag and they did for the 21 Nov.

3. Your parcel now is On Route/In Transit to your country Ireland. In normal condition your parcel should take between 11 to 26 days to arrive. But since we are in the busiest time of the year every Post Office in the World are very busy and the mail is slow.

4. Now it will be up to Ireland Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they can do it.

Hope this help.

If it takes more than a month for a package to be shipped by air, why not put them on boat? Certainly a package delayed since mid-November would have made it anywhere in the world since then if put on a container ship.

1. I hope you are aware that your parcel RF404968590CN was deliver in 37 days from when the parcel was receive (05 Nov) by China Post to you address in Ireland.

2. Your parcel departed China:
2016-11-21 18:05 Shanghai Qi Yun

And was scan by Ireland Post:
2016-12-09 11:01 Ireland, Dublin, to Exchange Bureau

And deliver to you on:
2016-12-12 15:24

3. May I suggest you have a look here and be objective:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

Thanks.

You are mistaking me for someone else - the earliest of my missing packages was last seen in Shanghai on Nov 21, 50 days ago, the latest - on Dec. 9, exactly a month ago.

I ordered bluetooth earphones from "aliexpress" on [dec.17,2016] for $4.68 and the tracking was consistent up until my item reached the UNITED STATES. and i havent been able to track it since. It was last updated on [dec. 29. 2016] saying it entered the destination country, Which is AMERICA. Tracking # is LP00065773793903. The carrier is SunYou Economic Air Mail. And my package still has not arrived. What to do? I called my post office here in the U.S but they said that since the package entered u.s the tracking no. Has changed. But the seller says otherwise.

1. With this tracking number it can not be track in USA and USPS will not issue a tracking number for your parcel. This type of parcel is the lowest priority parcel in the system.

2. Now what needs to happen is USPS to scan/take your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it. Give it to the US Customs for clearance then back to USPS and finally deliver the parcel just like a normal letter to you.

3. Third part transporter are fast shipping from China to the destination country, but after it's the National Post Office who is taking charge of the parcel. Parcel like yours could take between 30 to 60 days to be deliver.

Thanks.
