passing export customs scan twice is ok. no need worry. wait 4 to 6 weeks, it should reach your destination in Russia.

I ordered on 25.10.2017 which came out on 08.11.2017, is still out of reach. Can you please tell me where the order is and when the order will be delivered?Please answer my mail..Please..track number:RY568371745CN..And what does “shipment canceled”mean?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result " shipping notice received from seller(速卖通平台)". This means your seller applied a tracking number but never actually shipped anything. you should open dispute to aliexpress against fraud. read following article:

Your order has been accepted or picked up from the shipper. The shipment is on its way.
I get a wrist like this. The order seems to be on the way. I can not reach the company called Dono Mano anymore.Please help me.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(速卖通平台)" , this means your seller applied a china post tracking number with aliexpress software, but never actually ship the goods. You are scammed. Now you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund asap.

I am grateful for your answers. Where can I complain to this company?I made a purchase from a company named Dono Mano. Can there be a help or reimbursement for this issue for Ali Express?

if you placed the order through aliexpress, you can open dispute to aliexpress.

Singapore post website shows both parcels have arrived Singapore. RY684308435CN was delivered and the other failed delivery. You should contact your local Singapore Post office and try to inquiry delivery detail.
