This is my tracking id " RY546105068CN " No update since November 1 .
Can you help me ?

In your website you mentioned that in Bangladesh average arrival time is 15 and shortest time is 8 days. Already 6 days passed but parcel only done export customs scan . Can you give me exact information of parcel arrival time & tracking update information ?

the parcel is waiting airline space in 福州. 福州 is a small airport which has limited space, you need wait extra 2 to 3 weeks.

Hello !! I sent from 6th October a parcel from germany to china with tracking number RR485130870DE but it seen from 16th october stays and not updated at Dogguan's post office and don't deliver . Could you please help me ?

RR485130870DE is now in China Post office in 厚街营业厅 ,Dongguan.

Thank you for your fast reply ! That I can't understand is why the parcel is stuck from 16/10 at post office and didn't deliver at the person that i was sent it . I takes almost a month ago to must return it and refund me after delivery

19 th september start, but the last information is from 5 october:
- 【 Shenzhen (China)处理中心】Export customs cleared

Unitll now i have no new tracking information about where is my parcel (map).
Can U help me? Maybe U find out how long i have to wait?
I wait second month....

LF136361817CN should be seriously delayed by China National Holiday. If you can not get it by end of Nov, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Why delayed is connected with China National Holiday?
Is this normal that parcel lost somewhere in Export customs cleared?

Maybe U can find somehow whats happen? This parcel is a gift...
I dont understend...
