How can I see proof of delivery for an item I was supposed to receive but never did? Tracking information says there’s proof?

LL014130632CN was delivered by Australia Post on Mar 20. You can contact Australia Post for delivery detail. Normally you should do this within 2 months of shipment. I hope now it is not too late.
