Hi I orderd a watch from this site a few weeks ago and it says that it fails to be delivered I would like to know what to do about this.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_canada.php?code=LZ470203669CN shows the parcel is in Canada Post office in Bear River,Canada Destination Postcode:B0S 1B0. Notice card left indicating where and when to pick up item

You need go to your local post office to pickup the parcel.
