Hello,

i need an advice on my situation:

1. I have posted my registered letter on 11th of April.
2. The Austrian postal service has forwarded the letter to the customs on 12th of April (11:21), short time after the letter was released by the customs (11:25).
3. By now (4th of May) there is no further development, the status is being shown as "In Transit".

The tracking number for the letter is: RQ361630462AT

I have never had a lost letter sent to China, the tracking worked always well, but now it seems as there is somekind of a problem. Also the Chinese post website seem to have changed, there are no more informations in English, only in Chinese (http://intmail.183.com.cn/zdxt/yjcx/), i hope, that the tracking was not affected by the changes.

The Austrian telephone customer support was not very helpful (as usual), they just said, that the letter was forwarded to the Chinese postal service.
