Hey there!

I ordered an item from Wish (not the first time) and it was always reliable, but the order has been stupidly taken from the DHL delivery from the pick up point without prior notice. I called the support, but it seems that they cannot help me since I have the China post tracking number. But the status of the tracking didn't changed...

Can you help me somehow?

First, UD486483025CN is not DHL, its format looks like the cheapest China Post ordinary parcel(very slow with very limited tracking update).

Second, your seller only applied this tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything(China Post has no actual shipment record of UD486483025CN).

Conclusion: you are scammed!

You need open dispute to WISH against fraud and claim refund asap.

It was here. It was not a scam. I got a notification paper in my mail box that the order is in a pick up store, but the delivery driver took a box of orders back (where my order was too) without prior notice. I know that's a China post tracking number not from DHL.

I'm terribly sorry. I mixed up the Tracking numbers. This one is right: UD332390606CN

If you have got delivery notice from Germany Post(DHL), you need go to that post office to pickup the order.

I went to that office, but they stupidly took a bunch of orders back. It's difficult to explain in English. I will try contacting DHL again
