The tracking number RV943959488CN has been looping for 2 months. Finally today it says “import customs clearance”, what does it mean? Will the package depart china or is the item returned and is there a problem? Please reply chinapostvolunteer, thank you dear.

RV943959488CN was returned to Zhengzhou. Your parcel can not pass customs scan. Not sure the reason.

You'd better open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.

I already emailed the sender and the website I bought it from what else can I do ?

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/shopify, you need contact their customer service to open dispute and claim refund.
