could you help me, i have no news from my parcel CP368386002CN sent on 2019/07/09? the last update is on 2019/7/16 12:26 Departure export customs SHANGHAI.

CP368386002CN left Shanghai on Jul 24. Depending on the weight of the parcel, it will go through different shipping method.

If weight is less than 2 kgs, the parcel will go through air and will arrive France in 2 to 4 weeks.

If weight is more than 2kgs, the parcel will go through sea and arrive time can take up to 6 months.

please wait some more days.
