Hi

Can you please provide more details on order LO178084363CN

For over three (3) weeks there has been no update for
http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO178084363CN

When I contacted Australia post, they advised that the package had not left China.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO178084363CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Australia on Sep 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.
