I shipped an faulty item back to a supplier in China from Singapore on 30/9/2017

The tracking no is: RC696772950SG

The status has not updated since 7/10/2017.

Are you able to tell me the status of this package?

your parcel is in china post Guangzhou 机场路 Post Office, you should ask receiver go to that post office to pickup the goods.
