To whom it may concern,

I ordered 2 bags of Premium Leather Three Way Anti-Thief Women's Backpack (Order #CO72307 and Tracking number is RW199661574CN) on March 27, 2019. And I ordered another Premium Leather Three Way Anti-Thief Women's Backpack (Order #CO78511 and Tracking number is RW201416773CN) on March 30, 2019.

It has been more than 25 days already and the status of both orders are still at 湖北Wuhan shipping center customs scan. How many more days will it take to arrive to the destination?

Also, if I change the destination from Kuwait to Thailand, is it possible? And will it be any faster?

Your seller seriously delayed shipping the goods.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were sent to airline on April 18 and 25.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Kuwait Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
