RC498863967HK - sent from Hong Kong SAR

I had sent this registered item on Nov 2016, however, I don't see any process of the item, even i made a request to HK Post. May I ask for your assistance to idendify the item status and send it back to HK once the result is found. Thanks.

Please help me track this Parcel No. RB005793052PK ?
I have posted the documents from Pakistan since 17th feb and its been 4 days the parcel has cleared Beijing import customs scan phase. But there is no progress shown afterwards.
Please confirm, why the parcel taking too long to reach the desired target.

Ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. Sometime China Post delivery guy does not understand English and does not make delivery.

so postal officials forced to receive the item without authorization, right?
