I've not received the package RY989961341CN to India and it's been 60+ days. Kindly help me, please.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY989961341CN shows the number was sent to airline on Apr 11.

Normally it should arrive India no more than 6 weeks. If you can not get it after 60 days, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

It's obviously more than 60 days. And also I have opened a dispute on Aliexpress but the seller is not interested to refund in first hand. Waiting for Aliexpress to resolve it. Just wanted to know, is the packet lost? Actually, as per the tracking the packet never reached India.

Based on our statistics, your parcel have 80% chance to be lost.
