LT535282155CN this is my shipping number. Please help me find it. It says on 17track that it has been in a place called Guangzhou ems since December 13, 2016. I ordered it from a company called watch outfitters. And they are not being helpful at all. They do not even offer a customer service number, only an email address and they have stopped responding to my emails. Please help me

try going to customer service in the Chinese version of 'China EMS' and telling them your problem using a translator, (one sentence at a time)...
or email china post logistics from shipping.ems.com.cn, this email: [email protected], China EMS gave it to me. (you can email from gmail or any US email provider, and thats what I did)
