Please tell me why this package never been updated since 28/03/16. I thought when i choose registered mail for my package, it will go smooth without any problem. Its not fake number but its just too long from normal time. (In transit)

P/s* I have contact seller already but the most it can say to me is to wait patiently..common guys, its been shipped out since 28/03/16 and still want me to wait patiently. I think i"ve patient enough all this while.

1. I suspect your parcel is in Malaysia Custom Office getting clear.
2. You are at the 4 weeks mark right now about the estimated time for maximum delivery.
3. Here is statement that may concern you and a lot of people waiting for there parcel:

Customs & security delays:
Customs operates on their own schedule, and they don’t care how badly you want your package. Some places open and inspect almost everything, some don’t; some places process packages very efficiently, some do not.

With both Customs and security, if one item is suspicious, it may delay everything in the same dispatch.

4. The Customs delay don't count in the deliveries estimate and that goes for any country in the world.

5. Sorry if this is not the answer you were looking for, but nobody has control over the Customs Department in our country.

Thanks for the info, admin. But i have to tell you that inside that package is just tempered glass for smrtphone, 2 pcs only. When i read about restricted item, its not in the list. Just last week, i have received my other order, RF227517598CN, bought on 15/04/16 n received on 27/04/16. Thats why i raise up this issue...

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was delivered (by Malaysia Post) on april 27. If you have not got the parcel, I suggest you go to nearest Pos Malaysia office and see if they can locate the parcel for you.

For Your Info, finally RF209975420CN showing movement on 6/5/16. Its frozen since 28/03/16 :shipped by air from china. What takes it so long to reack malaysia, while my other order that bought at same date, already received last month ago.

1. Your parcel tried to leave on the 25 and 29 March but possible there were no room on the aircraft for the mail bag or the aircraft had a problem and had to be fixed, so it came back to the airport.

2. On the 31 March it was at the Guangzhou Airport and possibly left for UK and on the 2 April show up as arriving in UK Langley Transit Station.

3. Then on the 6 April it shows up at being in Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport. Maybe there has been a mix up in Langley and the mail bag was return to China Post by mistake.

4. The tracking of your parcel is very weird, I would suggest that you contact the seller as soon as possible, so he can call China Post: 86 20 11185 to find out were is your parcel.
