Please respond to this. China Post tracking number is LT429376139CN .

Please track down the last package from my order from Lock and Cinder.com #LOC1191 that I placed on March 9. Two of the three items in the order were delivered, but the last item --
Solid Cotton Long Sleeve Romper (more colors) × 1
Light Gray / 6M --

appears to be stuck in China.

The China Post tracking umber is LT429376139CN
This item was Processed through a facility in SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA at 8:38 am on March 14, 2019, according to the China Post tracking website. There have been no updates for nearly 4 weeks.
SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA

Please get this item to me or refund the $22.99 cost plus tax and shipping.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT429376139CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to US on Mar 14.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
