i am a serious buyer of products from china but i have these problem with many items stays in PEK PEK NULL for long time,how i will sort it these matter?

if you know how to contact at these office of delay i think it will behelpfull

I have placed an order 20131011 and i've given the following tracking number RB859212404CN. I dont beleive that after 3 months i am still waiting for my order.

This is not commerce!!!!!!!!!!
