Dear admin, my parcel has been sent in 4th of October and still have not received it. When I track it, the status shows delivery to the airport (Beijing) since 14th of November. Please, could you tell me where my parcel is and why it is late?

RB752376365CN should have been returned to shipper. you need contact seller for refund. Check following post:

Dear admin, my parcel RB973942163CN left outward office of exchange 30 of October and I haven't yet received it. When I track for it, the status shows NULL PVG DATE 5th OF NOVEMBER 2013. Please I think it´s too much time, I´ve received another parcel bought the same day and I have received 12 days ago. Please, could you tell me the reason why my parcel it is not still coming?.

RB973942163CN should have been lost or returned to shipper. To protect your money, you'd better file a non-receipt dispute asap. check following post:

RB899397255CN was given to airline on Nov 23. No updated information available now. You can wait one more week and see what happens. If still no arrival, then file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money. check following post:
