Hello. I used China post to send 2 parcels from China to Tunisia, my country of origin. However, the parcels are still stuck in Zurich in Swizerland since April 5th, 2018, today we're on the 26th of the same month. This sounds a little bit weird as the parcels only contain clothes as gifts for my family members. I filled out all the required information carefully including the price declaration and the quantity of each item. I went to China post they told me I have to ask the post office in my country Tunisia to follow up with my case which I did and they told me the Chinese post office should do that. The tracking numbers are as follows CP349260389CN and CP349260392CP. Please if you can help me clarify the situation I will be so grateful.

CP344265469CN and CP344265472CN just arrived Zurich,Switzerland. They are waiting for transit from Switzerland to Tunisia. You need wait another 2 to 6 weeks to get these 2 parcels.

You can use EMS or DHL to ship goods from China to Tunisia. They are much faster than China Post register mail(about 10 to 15 days arrival). But unfortunately they are also far more expensive. EMS is about US$25/kg and DHL should be more than US$40/kg.
