Need help with tracking my parcel please,

The result I get is as follows:
Parcel No.RJ840807636CN tracking result

2016-09-30 20:39:44.0 Hangzhou city 萧山区commerical parcel dept. received
2016-09-30 20:53:37.0 Hangzhou city 萧山区commerical parcel dept. customs scan
2016-09-30 23:05:33.0 leaving Hangzhou city 萧山区commerical parcel dept. ,next station Hangzhou center
2016-10-01 12:17:34.0 Hangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-01 13:02:36.0 Hangzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-10-04 13:26:06.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-04 15:59:48.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-10-05 18:54:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-10-05 19:11:15.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

After that there's no update or no information what happened after they left Gaungzhou Airport.

Could you please assist me with more information

1. I have the same tracking has you, nothing else. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and try to have an arrangement with him.

2. Your parcel either is lost or misplace.

The seller said he can't be held responsible for China Post mistakes, he said he took the package and paid for delivery, after that it's not his fault.

Could you please find out what happened to the package

1. From the answer of the seller, I suspect you don't have buyer's protection anymore.

2. Seller is always responsible for the deliver of the parcel no matter what. So if ever you paid the article with a credit card just contact your credit card company and has the charge reverse for the article you never got.
