Good day

I have a parcel from China Parcel Post, destination Cape Town South Africa. I enter the tracking # and the parcel seems to have disappeared in China. Could you recommend a solution?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows 06269868860 was shipped on Jul 15.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 15 weeks to reach South Africa.
