Post Parcel stuck in China?

Hello,

I think my parcel stuck in china. I've ordered it via AliExpress and they said estimated delivery date is 20th of Oct. But when i check with tracking sites it shows no update since 19th of Sep. Could anyone please clarify?

RB613091911SG is shipped from Singapore to China. Are you in China?

The parcel seems to have problem in China import customs. You need call china post hotline 11185 and see if they can help you to pickup the parcel. if 11185 can not find the parcel, you need open dispute to aliexpress for lost parcel refund.

Destination country is Mongolia. I guess my parcel is passing through China and stuck there. How can i call from abroad to 11185? Is there any special code or phone number? Thanks

To call them from outside China, +86 10 11185. You need to speak Mandarin, though, they don't speak any other language.
