Hello,

I have a problem with this parcel : LW994037465FR
The tracking below shows that the parcel is stuck since the 12th of June.
LW994037465FR 2014 Import Customs Scan Beijing 20140604 0937
LW994037465FR 2014 Import Customs Scan Beijing 20140605 0823
LW994037465FR 2014 Import Customs Scan Beijing 20140606 1106
LW994037465FR 2014 Import Security Scan Beijing 20140606 1533
LW994037465FR 2014 Import Customs Scan 71004200 20140612 0905
LW994037465FR 2014 Import Security Scan 71004200 20140612 1105

I don't understand what is the problem with this parcel. It's not dangerous, it's faulty clothes that I send back to the seller. The adress is written on the parcel in English and Chinese. I can't get a refund from the seller if he does not receive the parcel. Could you help me please ? Why is my parcel stuck ? Will it be delivered ?

Thank you for your help and your answer.

Maybe the seller rejected the parcel. If he wants to get the parcel, he can call 11185 and pickup the parcel.

Hello again,
The seller does not seem to do anything. I worry that after a while my parcel will be destroyed if the seller does not pick it up. Will my parcel be sent back to me if my adress (in France) is not written in Chinese but only in French? How can I get my parcel back?
Thank you for your help.

The parcel should be sent back to the address written on it and it doesn't matter if it's wriiten in French since they send it back to France then French post will be responsible to send it back to you address.
But I don't know how long China post wait before returning the parcel after no one picks it up. You can try contacting your local post office and ask them about it, they should know because they have experience in these things.

Also, open a dispute or claim refund from PayPal because you have a proof from the tracking information that the seller is refusing to go and pick up the parcel from the post office.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I did not pay by Paypal, and even if I did I received my order too long after the payment so the paypal deadline for dispute was over. I contacted the seller again and informed him that if he doesn't pick up the parcel, or if it's destroyed or sent back to me, I will sue him. Maybe it's not the best way but I'm so exasperated.

Man you can't sue someone overseas.
You should always be careful when ordering from Chinese stores online, now you can't do anything but leaving a negative feedback.
Anyway, hope the price wasn't very high.

They have a branch in France, so they have to follow the French law and that's with them that I communicate. They asked me to send the clothes in China because that's where they were made (the items are faulty), maybe it's their supplier. I guess it spares them some money if I send the parcel myself. Anyway I should have refused, I'll be more careful in the future. The price was a little bit high that's why I persist recovering my money, if it wasn't I would have given up.
