Hi,

My parcel has been stuck at GUANGZHOU since 29-May-2017.

Is there any way to find out why it's stuck there and how to get it moving again?

your parcel should have left China. Status will stuck at its last china location when parcel is outside China because none update the status anymore.

Shipping time from China to South Africa is difficult to predict, but normally very slow. Our user statistic report shows arriving time might take 40 to 90 days.

I can't seem to track it anywhere else in South Africa. Any help? Or should I just wait?

Just be patient. You can not track it in South Africa Post website until it enters South Africa. This might take 50 to 80 days.
