Post Parcel still not arrived, waited for almost a month, help

My package was sent out from Korea to China on the 20th of September, and it arrived in China on the 23rd of Sept. After that there has been no update on the ems tracking. The destination country/ addressee is Mongolia. It has been more than 2 weeks and I still didn't get any updates on where my parcel is. I went to the post office to check if it had arrived today, but it hadn't arrived yet. My ems tracking number is RE026875457KR It usually takes at most 2 weeks for packages to arrive from China to Mongolia, so i was getting worried if my parcel was lost. It would be really helpful if I could know when my package would possibly arrive

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned by China customs to Korea on Sep 23. Not sure the return reason. You need file investigation with Korea Post.

You need ask Korea Post how to do investigation.
