Hi

I sent a package to China 4 weeks ago and the status of the tracking has not changed. I really need to know where the package is.

Can anyone please help me ?

Sent with Royal mail - # RU876768421GB

2017-02-27 10:22:00.0 UK received
2017-02-28 04:14:00.0 leaving Langley
2017-02-28 15:15:00.0 Langley export customs cleared

Would be grateful for some help as I don't speak Chinese so am unable to contact China Post

RU876768421GB has not arrived China yet. If it arrives China, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show china location in tracking result.

Well thanks for the reply.

4 weeks to not even get to China seems like a very long time to me and my customer is growing impatient.

Ive had customers receive in China quicker than this with regular post.

Guess Ill wait and see

RU876768421GB still has not arrived China yet. Sometimes shipping time to China from UK might take 2 months, so you can not say it is lost at this moment.
