Hello!I hope you can help me...My parcel arrived at the destination (delivery point) but according to the tracking updater there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt[(19.10.2016 13:58-China post-Unsuccessful delivery attempt-OfficeNánYóu (51805402)]!I have contacted the recipient to ask them about that,but they responded that i should try figure this out on my own...In addition,before i send the parcel i have written the telephone number of the recipient on it(apart from the address in chinese).What else can i do?Could you give me the address of the post office(NánYóu- 51805402) or a telephone number so i can sent them to the recipient?I'm not a chinese speaker so i can't contact them(post office) myself on the phone.Thank you in advance!

1. Am I correct in saying that the recipient is the seller you bought an article and you are returning the article for repair or whatever!!!

2. Please contact the recipient and ask him to contact:
Origin Country - China Post: 86 20 11185

3. Either they go and pick up the parcel or maybe have it deliver to them. You should provide the recipient of the parcel with the full tracking of your parcel.

Yes,the recipient is the seller i bought something from(D.O.A device)...I've sent all the details(with photos of the parcel).I also found this telephone number (0755-26408205) which belongs to the Nanyou Post Building, Nanyou Dadao, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.Is that right?

1. Well maybe the seller does not want to pick up the parcel because he will have to either reimburse you or send a replacement article.

2. Hope you are keeping all contact that you made with the seller. Maybe it will be time to think about opening a dispute to get your money back.

3. Funny feeling that your seller is not that good. The address and phone number seems right for the location of the parcel.

Hi!All went well and finally they received the parcel after the second delivery attempt...Now i'm waiting for the refund.Thanks for your help!
