I have ordered a product from China and got the tracking number: UI266169308CN and the last entry on the shipping status says: Airline Departure and this was on the 2nd May 2019. Nothing more. I have e-mailed: [email protected] and [email protected] and no responses what-so-ever. Please I need to know where my parcel is.

UI266169308CN was shipped on May 2 from China.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
