Post Parcel Not Exiting China

Hi, this parcel started shipping almost a month ago. Everything seemed fine till the tracker showed that the parcel had been going back and forth (x3 times) between "Ningbo Exchange Bureau" and "Shanghai Pudong Airport". This have been going on for more than 2 weeks. Any idea what's going on? The fact that my parcel haven't left China for almost a month worries me.

(China Post Registered Mail, 50g Small Parcel, Shanghai to Singapore)

the parcel should have problem to pass customs security scan. you can wait one more week and see what happens, if it does not arrive Singapore , you should open dispute to seller for refund.
