Hi,
I sent the parcel CJ160622464US to my daughter. The tracking status below hasn't been updated since November 13. Can you let me know when will it be delivered or if there is any problem with the delivery.

the parcel is in China Post office 龙城 branch in Shenzhen. The parcel has delivery problem(most possible reason is your daughter's address is not covered by China Post). You should ask your daughter call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap.

Hi,
Thank you so much for the quick response. My daughter picked up her package yesterday at the 龙城 (Longgang) branch. She was told by other foreigners that international packages got forgotten about sometimes in the post office. Her package has both English and Chinese address on the box.
