I’ve ordered something from China in April, tracking number CP389926547CN - first it got delivered to Germany but not to my house. Then they send it back - I guess ... because from the moment it didn’t get delivered there was no clear information to be found anywhere. The seller is not refunding anything if there is no clear information what happened to the parcel. So where is it? When did it get lost? Why can I not track it any longer and why is there so 1 on 1 customer online service?

I believe your seller printed wrong address in the parcel. CP389926547CN was returned by Germany Post to China in Jun and finally delivered to shipper. You can not get this parcel anymore.

I hope you payment is made through paypal or ali express/amazon/WISH which has buyer protection policy and allow you to open dispute to get refund in case of non-arrival order. If you did not pay with buyer protection payment system, your money is gone.
