My parcel has been held for clearance for some time in Taiyuan D.

Sent from NZ to China

Tracking EP437145653NZ

Can you let me know why it is being held and if we need to contact China Post.

ask your receiver call china post EMS hotline 11183 and pickup the parcel from customs. He/she might need pay some duty.
