Dear sirs,
I receive email from my seller on 25/6/2018, inform that the my purchase (backpack) has been shipped out (epacket), tracking no LZ504331077CN, be available within 7 days, but now already more than 26 days , still tracking information not available yet. Therefore, can you advise,
1. It is true that the parcel has been shipped out from China.
2. The tracking no. LZ504331077CN valis Or exist.
3. Although, in the email it did mention that drlivery time is 10 to 30 days, but tracking information not available till now. Is this normal.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ504331077CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud asap.
