Hi there,

I would just like to check. My parcel has left and arrived in Guangzhou several times already, is there any reason for this?

Is there a problem there that I should be aware of?

1. Only 2 things that can happen here. Either your parcel is trying to get aboard an aircraft to fly out of China and each time there is no room on the aircraft for the mail bag.

2. Or because in Guangzhou there is added security and the mail bag did not pass the last portion before getting aboard the aircraft.

3. To make sure the parcel departed China, you need to track your parcel and not see any tracking for at least 10 to 15 days. If this happen, then there is good chances that the parcel departed China to your country Singapore.

MY PARCEL TRACKING NO CP212598184CN SHOWS DEPARTED FROM OUTWARD OFFICE OF EXCHANGE TO JEDDAH SINCE 29/4/2017 AND HAS NOT ARRIVED UET AND NEITHERVTHE TRACKING STATUS IS CHANGED.I AM AFRAID IF ITS LOST OR SHOULD INEXPECT IT TO ARRIVE
