Hello! :)
Please help clarify the situation.
Ordered the goods 06.10.2019 Assigned track number LO294339612CN. A month has passed - the track number is not tracked anywhere. Opened a dispute. The seller apologized and changed the track parcel number to RV208702288CN. Allegedly there was a failure.
According to the new track number, the package is located in Guangzhou for 19 days. There is no movement.
There is every suspicion that the seller did not send the goods at all.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO294339612CN shows the 1st parcel was shipped to Ukraine on oct 13. If you have not got it, it might be lost.

RV208702288CN is a slow register airmail. It was shipped on Oct 22 and normally will take 4 to 8 weeks to reach Ukraine.

Both parcel numbers are real.
