My parcel #71469936401 is also same situation. Im no expert but I believe your parcel is already on the way to you. Both # are ordinary china post parcel with no tracking facility means that the items are probably scanned only once. Then they wont be tracked anymore because the sender didnt pay for the tracking service.

2. May I suggest you read this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

3. To make sure that your parcel has pass the China Post Security and Customs scan just contact seller and tell him you worry about your parcel. Ask him to call China Post to make sure the parcel is OK and in On route to your country.

4. Your parcel should be deliver to you between 30 and 60 days.
