2016-02-02 22:49:58.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-02-02 23:07:20.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-02-03 02:49:36.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-02-03 17:29:27.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-02-04 11:22:33.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-02-04 13:34:40.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-02-06 12:21:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-02-06 12:29:22.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

Hi, I would to make an enquiry. One of your colleague told me that my parcel has been shipped a week ago. But when I see other user's post, they have one more line that says, "2016-01-06 11:00:00.0 Guangzhou departure" <-- For example. But mine doesn't have that. Does this mean that my parcel is still in Guangzhou Airport and is not in the air to Singapore already OR is it already in the air to Singapore? I'm confused. :( 😐

you can track the parcel in Singapore Post website with same number. If Singapore Post website shows result, it means it has arrived your country.
