I've never had this much trouble with an epacket. They've always been about a 2 to 2 1/2 week process, but it seems there is a SERIOUS problem with Guangzhou. My packet has moved nowhere for nearly 3weeks, the seller is not helpful in the least, I don't speak Mandarin to call either. This delay literally ruined my daughter's birthday as it contained her birthday gift from the family. I ordered a replacement from another seller, only to find it going through Guangzhou too. I'm at the point I wanna cry because of this. Original tracking number is LK176032598CN, the new one is LK196366900CN. Please correct, as I have people in the States ready to expedite these packages once they get to the country.

Hello? This is getting disappointing, 2days later, no response despite 50+ views.... Yet every other topic posted that day, and the days after, with the exception of maybe 1 besides mine, has gotten help. Thanks, guess I'm remaining on my own to fix a blunder that has yet to be resolved. I'm losing faith in doing any business with Chinese sellers ever again, which is terrible, as I have for more than half my life, and until now, never had an issue. But when I ask for help, there's no one to be found...

LK196366900CN left guangzhou for NYC on Mar 27. you should get it by mid of April.

Thank you, but LK176032598CN was the main one in question. LK196366900CN I ordered after the initial one saying twice it departed from Guangzhou, on 3/7 and 3/10, there was no update since, hence why I ordered the LK19 one.

both parcels are ok, nothing needs to be worried. they are on the way to Chicago. You need wait another one or two weeks to get them.
