My package seems to be stuck in Shenzhen since December 29th. I ordered this parcel on the 12th of December and it's already January 15th. Tracking number is LK107998632CN .

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel on the China Post EMS site:

2016-12-29 00: 00: 00.0 22:33:32 Shenzhen to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKF = ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country USA. Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver.

3. Now what needs to happen is USPS needs to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

Thanks.

I am assuming they have not scanned it, because USPS has not yet updated their information.

1. You are right, just continue to track your parcel on the USPS for any new movement. I know sometimes USPS is not very good in scanning parcel and one day you look and the parcel is in your home town ready to be deliver.

Thanks.

Hi there,
When I tried to track my parcel, it says: Shenzhen Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit ). It's been a day since it happened but most parcels from china didn't take that long. The tracking no. is RS372157995CN. Can someone please help?
Thank you

Normally I track China EMS using:
http://www.track-chinapost.com/en/courier/china-ems
and of course USPS Tracking.
If you don’t not know the carrier then just google your Tracking #.
You have many option of shipping FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS less reliable.
If the seller use USPS option ePacket stay away of free shipping. Because if something goes wrong they may drag you beyond 60 days window to open a Credit Card Dispute.
Pay at leas $1 and you have 18 days no update of the Tracking # to REQUEST A FULL REFUND. If you pay more then you will have 7 days no update of Tracking # to request a refund. Normally in 45 days the credit card has to be notified, and at 45 days you Open a dispute, and get the refund with credit card and let them to deal with your bank. To do so you have to be alert, proactive, and sometimes aggressive. You have to collect strong evidence using Print Screen and ask specific question to the tellers. If they do reply keep records, email them 3 times and ask for refund for “Item not delivered”. Be aware of fake tracking Numbers, or Duplicate Tracking Numbers.
Note: You can't use the same label to ship more than one package.
You can't use the label twice because when it is scanned in, the system will then prevent the use of another label with the same tracking number. Whichever one gets scanned in first will automatically disqualify the second one from being used.
If never used, you can use it. If it has already been used, you would get a new one.
USPS, FedEx and UPS facilities scan the labels. If it comes up as a duplicate they are not permitted to take it. To do so would not only create a tracking problem, but also a billing problem. The carriers regard the attempted use of a label more than once as fraud.
"Warning: Use only the printed original label for shipping. Using a photocopy of this label for shipping purposes is fraudulent and could result in additional billing charges, along with the cancellation of you USPS, FedEx, and UPS account number."

1. You have 2 possibilities here.

2. Either the parcel is traveling inside China to a new Airport or your parcel is going back to the seller.

3. There is not enough tracking to find out. If you worry to much, just contact your seller and ask him.

Thanks.
