1. The friend of your sun should go with him to a Chinese Post Office and give the tracking number so they will know where the parcel is exactly. Or they could call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out where is the parcel.

1. You should contact seller as soon as possible to find out what is going on with the parcel. He should be able to call China Post to find out what actually is happening with your parcel. If no answer from the seller then open a dispute to get your money back.

2. Please take note that this week is a China Holiday.

2. First, may I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post EMS: 11183, to find out what is going with your parcel.

3. Second, If by next week the 13 Jan you can not track your parcel on the Royal Mail site, then you should open a dispute for non reception of parcel.

4. Delays, what might have cause that:
Holiday Season
Smog in China
No enough room on aircraft for mail bag
China Post hard time to cope with outgoing mail overseas
Royal Mail hard time to cope with all incoming mail from overseas
