Post Packages Mostly Get Stuck at Shenzhen Customs, WHY?

I've noticed that most parcels are likely to get stuck at Shenzhen Customs control. Can someone tell me why it is so? Is Shenzhen unproductive or are they just a very busy terminal?

What is the average number of days a parcel stays inside Shenzhen customs scanning room?

normally parcel will stay in Customs Warehouse for about 2 to 10 days, then the status will change to "sent to airline". If parcel keeps in Customs warehouse over 2 or even 3 weeks, then you should be cautious. Normally this means the parcel can not pass customs security scan and will be returned to shipper. If this happens, you should open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress and get your money back.

My package has supposedly been in shenzhen quite a while too. My tracking number is LN621737089CN . Should I be cautious too or no?

LN621737089CN was just shipped by seller on Dec 30. you need to wait about 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.

RI076965328CN just arrived Montreal. You should get it within 2 days. If no, then contact Canada Post and try to pickup the parcel.

LK606939605CN its been stuck in shenzhen ems for almost 20 days , should i just get my money back from paypal? please help , the seller won't even respond to my reply. so unprofessional!

LK606939605CN was shipped on Sep 10. You can wait one more week, if it does not arrive by Oct 2nd, you can open dispute to paypal
