Hi,

I have two packages that departed Shanghai on 28th Feb that have not arrived in UK yet:

RH380643089CN
RH380643075CN

A package left Shanghai one week later and has been delivered:

RH362924278CN

Are the first two packages lost?

NO. these 2 parcels should be ok. later shipped parcel arrives earlier is quite common. it does not mean your early parcel has any problem.

it should be delayed not lost. wait one or two more weeks.
