Hi there,

I need assistance with an item I bought online and was given this tracking number RU240245982NL, but when I checked on this site it said "No Shipping Record".

Please help.

RU240245982NL is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
